How can I add users under my agency?

If you are an agency using the DigitalMaas account, then you can add users under the client's account.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to DigitalMaas.
  2. Using the Main Menu navigation on the left panel, click Admin.
  3. Click Clients.
  4. Search for the Brand/Client Account.
  5. Find the person icon located on the far right side of the client's name. Click the icon.
  6. Get presented with the Add User page.
  7. Fill in the details of the person on your organization
    1. Given Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email Address
  8. Tick the box to allow user sign in
  9.  Click Ok.

You have successfully added a new user to your account. The user will receive a verification email where he/she would have to set up to be able to access his/her account.
