How do I add agents?

If you are an agency using the DigitalMaas account, then you can add agents under your account.

Before you can add agents, make sure that the account you are using has permission to manage agents and clients.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to DigitalMaas.
  2. Using the Main Menu navigation on the left panel, click Admin.
  3. Click Agents.
  4. Click Add Agent.
  5. Fill in the Agent details.
    1. Email Address
    2. Given Name
    3. Last Name
  6. Tick the boxes to allow permissions to the agent account
    1. Allow user sign in
    2. Enable the agent account
    3. Allow manage agents and clients
    4. Allow purchase via checkout
  7. Click Ok.
