How to add a new contact?

In order to add a new user or contact, you need to be the Client. Please check your Platform Permission Level before proceeding with the steps below.

1. Log in to the DigitalMaas Platform.

2. Click on your initials/avatar on the upper right-hand corner. Afterwards, click Account Details.

3. Click Contacts.

4. Click Add User.

5. Choose your Client and input the details below.

You'll need to choose how you want to share your new contact with other contacts, locations or websites. Please check the following descriptions to know the appropriate Access Type.

Access Type Description
Share this contact with other client's contacts Contact will be visible to other contacts under a client
Grant new contact access to all client's contacts Contact will have access to contacts under the client
Grant new contact access to all client's locations Contact will have access to locations under the client
Grant new contact access to all client's websites Contact will have access to websites under the client

You may tick any, all or none of the boxes.

6. Once done, click OK.
