How do I respond to Reviews?
It’s important for you to reply to your reviews so that customers know that you’re listening to their comments and feedback. This is easily done on the DigitalMaas Platform.
Follow the steps below to respond to reviews:
- Sign in to DigitalMaas Platform.
- Click Locations and choose which location and reviews you’d like to check.
- Click the Reviews tab.
- On the review, click the Reply icon and type in your reply.
- Once done, click Post Reply.
