How to Download Reviews from the Platform?

Downloading reviews facilitates detailed analysis, reputation management, quality improvement, competitive analysis, compliance, and research purposes.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Sign in to DigitalMaas Platform.



  2. On the left-side panel, click Reviews.



  3. In the Overview Tab, select the location you want to download reviews from.



  4. After selecting the locations, navigate to the Manage Reviews tab.



  5. Here, you’ll find the reviews for your selected locations. Click on Export.



  6. You will have the option to input your preferred date or export all-time reviews.



  7. An email will be sent to you containing a link to download the review details.



    If you haven't received the email, please ensure to check your spam or junk folder.

✏️ NOTE:  The ability to download reviews in CSV format is exclusively available for users with a Professional or Premium subscription.
