How to Respond to Customer Q&As?

Responding to customer questions is vital for customer satisfaction, problem resolution, product improvement, and reputation management.

To do this on the DigitalMaas platform:
 
1. Log in in to your DigitalMaas account.
 
2. On the left-side panel, click Locations.
 
3. If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to manage. Click on the Q&A tab.
 
4. You will now see a list of the questions sent by users viewing your business. To post a reply, click the ANSWER button. 
 
5. Type in your response, then click ANSWER to post your reply.
 
Once it pushes through to the Google Listing, your answer will be shown as "Business Name (Owner)."

Note: Q&A is unavailable for locations with the Free plan. Upgrade the plan to unlock this feature.
