How do I Manage Payment Methods?

In order to pay for the DigitalMaas Platform, you'll need to add your credit card to your account. Agents and Contacts can manage payment methods.

To add, edit, change or delete a payment method, you can follow the steps below depending on your needs:

Add a Payment Method

1) Go to ACCOUNT DETAILS. You'll find this when you click your avatar in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

2) Click PAYMENT METHODS on the left side

3) Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD

4) Fill out the required details

5) Click CREATE button

Edit a Payment Method

1) Go to ACCOUNT DETAILS

2) Click PAYMENT METHODS from the left side

3) Navigate to the preferred card/payment method

4) Click on the 3 dots on the right side of your payment method

5) Click EDIT. You'll be able to see all your details and edit them. Once done, click UPDATE.

 

NOTE:

  • Users CAN now edit the card's expiry and billing details
  • Users CANNOT change the card's number but they can instead opt to add a new payment method

 

Change Primary/Default Payment Method

1) Go to ACCOUNT DETAILS

2) Click to PAYMENT METHODS from the left side

3) Navigate on the preferred card/payment method

4) Click on the 3 dots/options button on the right side

5) Click SET AS DEFAULT

Delete Payment Method

NOTE: This is for agencies that have multiple payment methods. If you only have one payment method, please email the Support Team at support@digitalmaas.com

1) Go to ACCOUNT DETAILS

2) Click to PAYMENT METHODS from the left side

3) Navigate on the card/payment method to be removed

4) Click on the 3 dots/options button on the right side

5) Click on DELETE
