Why have my reviews been reduced?

Google has been tackling the issue of fake reviews in an effort to ensure authenticity on GMB listings. It is possible that they have been deleting seemingly fake reviews off of your listing.

If you believe that the reviews addressed to your business are genuine or authentic, Google may have mistakenly removed them in an attempt to clean out fake reviews in your listing or the user may have taken it down themselves.
